5 Ups & 2 Downs From WWE SmackDown (28 Nov - Results & Review)

1. Over The Whole Wyatt Sicks Things Now

First and foremost, fingers crossed that Bo Dallas/Uncle Howdy being back on WWE TV means his father is in better health. Any speed bumps in this Wyatt Sicks vs. MFT storyline occurred for the right reasons. Bo was away tending to his dad, and that's not something anybody should criticise. WWE's creative when he's present though? That's fair game.

Does anyone else out there just…not find The Sicks interesting at all? Howdy returned to confront Solo Sikoa after the elimination main event, so Sicks vs. MFTs is incoming. That’s been on the cards for a while, but hopefully it’s a short feud and ends with Solo’s crew grabbing tag gold. Then, move on. There's really no need to spin this out any longer.

Fans in attendance for SmackDown somehow managed to muster up a pop when the lights went down as Sikoa celebrated being the sole survivor in the elimination match. Then, the house lights came back on to reveal that Erick Rowan, Nikki Cross, Joe Gacy and Dexter Lumis were standing on the ring apron.

That allowed Howdy to attack from behind with a quick Sister Abigail.

Cool, but how long does this resumed feud have before it starts becoming a hindrance again? WWE completely ruined their own tag-team division on SmackDown by sticking the belts on Gacy and Lumis (who rarely defend them, by the way - their last title defence was against The Street Profits on the 10 October show), and there's unlikely to be much merriment for Tama Tonga and Talla Tonga holding them. Assuming that's the combo the writers go with.
