5 Ups And 5 Downs From Last Night's WWE Raw (March 19)

5. The Hunt For A Partner Begins

The Bar Braun Strowman

Let’s give this an optimistic “up,” because there’s some potential here.

Braun Strowman won a tag team battle royal last week without a partner, and WWE management decided that if he’s going to challenge for the Raw Tag Team Championships at WrestleMania, he needs a partner. That means that Braun needs to find someone to tag with him.

That could make for an interesting hunt for a partner. There are only two episodes left, but we could see people auditioning for a spot. Or maybe Braun looks for someone who will just stand on the apron and never tag into the match.

There’s also the possibility someone could debut from NXT to be his tag partner. Or WWE could do something dumb and unimaginative. But there’s a lot of potential here for something interesting, so let’s give them some pre-emptive kudos.
