5 Ups And 7 Downs From Last Night's WWE Raw (June 4)

1. Braun Smash!

We could gripe about Bobby Roode getting demolished Monday night, but it really was for a bigger purpose.

Braun Strowman dominated his match against Roode on Raw, and performed another of his ever-growing list of feats of strength. Roode had placed a ladder bridge from the apron to the barricade and led Strowman on a chase, ducking under the ladder and then mocking Braun.

Strowman then roared and smashed the ladder in half with one clubbing blow, which led to a great reaction from Bobby, who collapsed to the floor in shock and just mouthed, “Oh my God” before trying to run away.

Sure, former NXT champ Roode looked like a step above cannon fodder, but Strowman was the beneficiary, so it worked out fine, and it was pretty nicely done.
