4. Cruiserweights Get Revenge

When Enzo Amore won the WWE Cruiserweight Championship at No Mercy, the kneejerk reaction was that he would Hornswoggle the division.

While that still could happen, we saw quite the opposite Monday night, as Enzo went full heel, preening and running down the other wrestlers in the division, boasting about a no-contact order he made GM Kurt Angle sign, and generally being a total, self-absorbed jackass. Thankfully, that was the best call WWE could make in this situation, playing to Enzo’s strength (which isn’t his in-ring skill) and having him lob bombs that he can’t back up.

And so, the entire cruiserweight division came out on stage to confront Enzo, but it was former champ Neville who stepped over the line, literally stuffing the no-contact order down Amore’s throat before delivering a Red Arrow to the new champ.

It might not rejuvenate the division, but it certainly looked a lot better than it did after Sunday’s PPV.
