7 Reasons Wrestlemania 32's Main Event Sucks

6. Fans Wouldn't Accept Roman Reigns Babyface Win

It's pretty glaring, and staring WWE officials right in the face, but management apparently just don't want to see it. Fans are not receptive to the idea of Roman Reigns leading the way as the top babyface in the promotion, no matter how hard WWE are pushing for it to happen. At WrestleMania, this could serve to ruin the big finish officials want. It's not difficult to see why WWE want Reigns to fill the top babyface slot, he is a good performer. There's a definite upside to the man, but he's being forced into a spot that's perhaps not right for him. The awkward dialogue he has been constantly forced to spew on television acts as a constant reminder that fans just aren't into him as a top good guy. It's too late to change that, WWE have forced him down people's throats. It doesn't matter if The Rock or Steve Austin end up helping Reigns overcome Triple H, it's impossible to see fans buying it at this point. Where this leaves WWE is in quite the predicament, because it's too late in the day to turn Roman heel and go down that route. They've almost rail-roaded themselves into something that's a certainty to fall flat.
