2010's women-only edition of NXT saw the debut of several names who would go on to become established WWE divas - including AJ, Naomi, and eventual winner Kaitlyn. It could have also featured the most striking female worker in the history of the WWE, had the company not released 6'9" Aloisia prior to the season premiere. The reason for Aloisia's exit was never officially confirmed by the company, but is commonly thought to have stemmed from the emergence of sexually suggestive photographs online. Aloisia herself later confirmed that even she had not been given a definitive reason for her release. This particular exit seems more than a little harsh, especially given the WWE's prior acceptance (and even encouragement) of titillation. This way of thinking may seem a relic of the Attitude Era, but at the time of Aloisia's release, Maryse Ouellet was a prominent member of the main roster - despite having previously posed nude for Playboy.
