8 Ups & 2 Downs From AEW Dynamite: The Crossroads (Mar 3)

7. Death Triangulation

Rey Fenix
AEW

PAC and Rey Fenix vs. John Skyler vs. D3 was a brisk one-sided squash that saw the Death Triangle tandem flatten their overmatched opposition.

The enhancement talents got nothing in. PAC and Fenix blitzed them at the bell, working Skyler over with quick exchanges and staying on top of him throughout. There was no room to breathe at all. When D3 got on the apron and tried to intervene, Rey ran across the top rope and knocked him down, before hitting his sitout piledriver on Skyler to take the win.

A longer, more competitive pseudo squash would have brought unwanted echoes of Dark to TNT. This worked - and was entirely fitting ahead of PAC and Fenix being added to the Casino Tag Team Royale.
