It's one thing for Madison Rayne's in-ring return to have been overshadowed by the constant intervention from Tenille Dashwood and Kaleb With A K, but repeating the exact same finish from Tenille's recent bout with Taylor Wilde is seriously dire booking.
The match wasn't great as a whole. Nothing was sloppy per se, however, this didn't exceed expectations. It went down exactly as you'd imagine, with Rayne playing the cowardly heel and Wilde spending more time fending off Dashwood and Kaleb. The extent of the match's highlights were a neat ripcord Cutter from Madison, and Taylor's short arm drags. Her suicide dive that completely wiped out Kaleb was also fine, but fine couldn't cut it considering the rest of the show's quality.
There's now a reason to justify the feud continuing. Taylor will want to rectify the loss as it didn't go down cleanly, and Scott D'Amore being the quote-unquote babyface authority figure that he is will presumably side with her in that respect. It's a rivalry that has no need to continue; really, if Tasha Steelz and Savannah Evans weren't the clear next challengers for Rosemary and Havok, Rayne and Dashwood could have filled that spot.
