The stars have aligned and MJF will beat Jon Moxley to become the new AEW World Champion in front of a passionate audience who desperately want to see the All Elite original grab gold. MJF has been a mega-heel since day one, but his performances have been so hot that AEW's hardcore fanbase truly believes in him.

Tony Khan would annoy a lot of folks if he didn't go through with this, but that's his call to make. Many would agree that it'd be the wrong one, and yet Tony is the only one who knows what his long-term aims are for MJF's tweener character and the top prize itself.

Mox could do with finally getting that holiday mind.

Full Gear would end on a flat note if Moxley pinned Friedman and celebrated with the belt. This is AEW's chance to properly move on from the CM Punk drama and into a bold new future led by one of the brightest young stars they've helped create.
