Bray Wyatt Making First Post-WWE Wrestling Appearance THIS WEEK
It'll be the former Fiend's first wrestling adjacent appearance in almost a year.
Bray Wyatt is set to make his first wrestling adjacent appearance since being released from WWE last year.
The former 'Fiend' is due to appear at the Showcase of Legends 7 convention in Albany, New York this coming Sunday. Wyatt will conduct meet-and-greets and autograph sessions between 10 AM and 2 PM on the day.
Though the 34-year-old wasn't released by WWE until 31 July 2021, this will actually be his first wrestling appearance of any kind since the 12 April 2021 episode of Raw, on which he delivered a Firefly Fun House segment following his dismal WrestleMania 37 loss to Randy Orton. This means that almost a full year has passed since the last time he was seen onscreen.
As well as Showcase of Legends, Windham Rotunda also has a WrestleCon appearance lined up over WrestleMania 38 weekend in Dallas, Texas.
Rotunda has largely stayed out of wrestling since becoming the most notable victim of WWE's swooping "budget cuts" in 2021. Rather than competing in the squared circle, he has stayed busy working on a horror movie with frequent collaborator Jason Baker of Callosum Studios.
Either way, if you've been jonesing for a signature on your $6,499.99 Fiend belt, now's your chance.
