John Cena had little luck with tag partners turning on him - the aforementioned double cross by The Miz mirrored how he'd fared with fellow WrestleMania opponent Shawn Michaels four years earlier.

The pair went into the 'Show Of Shows' as Tag Team Champions but 'HBK' called time on the unit in a battle royal the following night. With the belts on the line, Michaels forcibly threw out his own partner to eliminate them both.
