The Rock was in wrestling gear on last night's Raw, and the glimpse was part of a huge push for his Road To WrestleMania.

Rock featured in a video package for his return to SmackDown (subtitled "Sold Out") this Friday in Arizona, but spliced within the clips of 'The Great One' joining The Bloodline two weeks earlier were shadowy shots of him warming up and looking match-ready.

'The Most Electrifying Man In Sports Entertainment' is currently in Cody Rhodes' firing line following an Elimination Chamber challenge and a Raw promo from 'The American Nightmare' where he pledged to hunt down Paul Heyman's group after beating up his NYPD goon squad. Though not yet announced, it's expected that Rock and Reigns will take on Rhodes and Seth Rollins on Night One of WrestleMania, before Rollins defends his World Heavyweight Championship against Drew McIntyre on Night Two alongside Rhodes and Reigns' WWE Title main event.

Rock's last match - technically - was a WrestleMania 32 squash win over Erick Rowan. His last proper encounter was an April 2013 loss to John Cena at WrestleMania 29.
