The only saving grace for the 2012 Survivor Series was that it concluded with the debut of The Shield. Roman Reigns, Dean Ambrose and Seth Rollins made their presence felt towards the end of the WWE Title Triple Threat Match. CM Punk, John Cena and Ryback had been toiling before that. Sheamus vs. The Big Show was also another match fans didn't really take to. Their series of bouts were seemingly never-ending in 2012.
