Fans don't look back on WrestleMania 27 too fondly due to its atrocious main event of John Cena vs. The Miz, but what they don't realize was that their rematch at Over the Limit was much worse.

One month removed from WrestleMania, Cena reigned supreme over Miz and John Morrison in a Triple Threat Steel Cage match at Extreme Rules to capture the WWE Championship, but the feud between the former WWE Tag Team champions didn't end there. After their rematch on the May 2 edition of Raw ended in controversial fashion, one last encounter contested under "I Quit" match rules was scheduled for the Over the Limit pay-per-view.

Given that Cena was already 3-0 in "I Quit" matches, it was foolish to think he would lose this match, but that didn't stop Miz from trying. The entire match saw him and his protege Alex Riley unleash a brutal beating on The Champ, but the punishment he endured wasn't enough to cause him to give in.

Miz even tried to pull a Rock vs. Mankind by recording Cena saying "I quit" and using that to win, but to no avail. And almost out of nowhere, Cena battled back, disposed of Riley, and slapped the STF on The Awesome One. Within mere moments, Miz quit, making him look extraordinarily weak in the process.
