The Undertaker and Kane's evil alliance made for some excellent and teasing television throughout 1998, but the matches with Steve Austin were bad enough to nearly bring 'The Rattlesnake's momentum to a screeching halt.

A rancid main event wasn't saved by Vince McMahon's psychopathic celebrations at the end, nor was the show by The Rock defeating Mankind and Ken Shamrock in the evening's only good match.
