6. Hardcore Holly Vs. The Sandman - Singapore Cane Match

Hardcore Holly versus The Sandman was scheduled to take place at the PPV, before the card got reshuffled. Holly was added to the Extreme Elimination Chamber match, replacing Sabu (causing the live crowd to chant 'bulls***') whereas Sandman was booked to do a run-in after the positively awful Mike Knox/Kelly Kelly versus Kevin Thorn/Ariel match. If we're doing this show again, this match goes back in, although this time it will be a 'Singapore Cane Match'. Sandman is never good in straight wrestling matches and, since the Singapore cane is his gimmick, it makes sense to book him in a match where he's able to use it. Holly wins in about seven minutes, since he has better long-term prospects in the company. The fans shouldn't be too miffed, if there is suitable violence with the canes.
