Ronda Rousey's PPV Matches - Ranked From Worst To Best

1. vs. Charlotte, Survivor Series '18

While this wasn't supposed to be the inter-promotional women's match at Survivor Series 2018 (thank you, Nia Jax), we still got Ronda Rousey's best WWE match to date.

Charlotte Flair, who replaced an injured Becky Lynch in the match, was Rousey's most accomplished and cogent foil to date. She was such an excellent opponent for Rousey, in fact, that she managed to subvert the fans' initial "Becky" chants to earn "this is awesome!" chants later on. As the crowd's elation crescendoed throughout the match, Charlotte grew increasingly frustrated, as she was unable to put away Rousey with even her best offensive maneuvers.

So, she chose to beat the hell out of Rousey with a kendo stick and a steel chair instead, getting herself disqualified in the process.

While there was no decisive ending, there didn't need to be - the ending protected both women, and the action leading up to it was extraordinary. Charlotte added some much-needed edge to her character, while Rousey planted the seeds for her eventual heel turn.

This was a consummate performance by both women, and one that WWE definitely needs to revisit when Ronda Rousey returns.
