WWE: 10 Best Jumps From The Top Of A Steel Cage

10. Shane McMahon, Raw, 10/25/1999

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8kujscMbx_I Test, AKA Andrew Martin, had beaten Shane McMahon at SummerSlam and earned his blessing for he and Shane's sister Stephanie's relationship. During this time, the British Bulldog had accidentally hit Stephanie with a trash can, causing her to have amnesia. They were still set to get married, but Test wanted to get some sort of revenge for what happened to his fiance, so he got a match against Bulldog in a cage. It was all very soap opera-ish and not my favorite storyline ever. But this isn't about the storyline as much as it is the match, and the moment. During the match, the Mean Street Posse, Shane O'Mac's former run-in buddies and pals from Greenwich, and who also had a grudge with Test from the summer, came to the ring with bolt cutters and opened one of the walls of the cage. They climbed in and began a stomping of Test, until Shane himself came running down the ramp, still in his button down and slacks, and climbed up the side of the cage. He fought off Rodney, the bleached blonde idiot of the group, and then jumped off with a picture perfect cross body, coming down on Joey Abs and Pete Gas to the delight of a vociferous crowd. They loved it because it meant Shane wasn't that bad after all and had kept his word, and we all loved watching Joey Abs and Pete Gas getting flattened.
