WWE: 10 Best Tag Team Matches Ever

7. Hart Foundation vs. Demolition (SummerSlam 1990)

The Hart Foundation was arguably the best tag team in WWE history. As a kid growing up watching WWE, they were also my favorite team. It was the perfect team made up of the technician Bret Hart and the power guy Jim Neidhart. As they went up against Demolition, they were the underdogs because Demolition had three members in their group and were dominant tag champs. For this match they had Smash & Crush in the ring while Ax was outside the ring. It's one of those things where you can watch it again 24 years later and still smile at the moments like when the Legion Of Doom walked down to the ring to prevent Demolition from cheating. The crowd reaction at that moment was huge too. They helped the Hart Foundation win the match, but the fans loved it because we knew that without help it was going to be tough to beat Demolition. The finish was a hectic scene as LOD took care of Demolition outside the ring while Neidhart hit a springboard shoulderblock leading to Bret rolling up Crush for the win. One of the best tag team title changes that WWE ever did. It was the perfect booking of a title change in a big setting and it certainly helped that it was an awesome match too.
