9. The Intercontinental Title
In a time when the secondary titles are mere trinkets (even with talents such as Big E and Ambrose holding them) its easy to forget that when Jericho holds a title, he makes it important. Was the Rock versus Cena at Wrestlemania 29 really about the titles or was it about the feud? The same with Daniel Bryans recent run. It was almost as if he didnt care about being screwed out of the titles as much as The Authority and their manipulation of him. Jericho always makes it about the title and none more so than the Intercontinental Title. His first real story was against Chyna and he made it work. Since then though he has gone on to hold it nine more times and each one has felt special. Lets not forget that such legends as Ricky Steamboat, Shawn Michaels and Roddy Piper have held that title. In an age where the writers think the titles mean nothing, Jericho made them mean everything because a title is the pinnacle of your sport and to wear it round your waist or over your shoulder is proof you are the best in the world.
