4. Make The Tag Team And Cruiserweight Division Matter Again

It's no secret that WWE is suffering from a distinct lack of tag teams that matter right now. Heck, the tag teams champions as of this writing are the New Age Outlaws, a team that hadn't been seen in almost 14 years. Their main challengers are the Usos, the wrestling bullfighters, and...I think that's it, actually. You also have a non-existent cruiserweight division even though you have a monopoly on wrestling and can literally sign any worker on the planet anytime you feel like it. There is no reason that WWE should have a TV show like Raw filled with workers doing the exact same style of match for three hours. If WWE did relaunch WCW Nitro, you could make it the personal mission of WCW to reestablish the tag team and cruiserweight division, both of which WCW was known for. WWE could take two aimless guys (Zack Ryder and Darren Young, for example) and place them in a tag team. Then, give them a team name, have them wear matching trunks, keep them together for over a year, and give them other teams to match up against. Suddenly, you have a tag division that can bring crowds to their feet and draw money without needing stipulation matches or heavily crafted storylines. With the cruiserweight division, you can literally sign any high flier from the indies or TNA that you want and just let them go out and have fantastic spotfests on television. It's been long enough that this will seem new to fans and it's a great way to get smaller guys over without them beating up on main event workers. Fresh faces will lead to fresh moves and new spots which will attract new eyeballs to the television screen.
