Similar to Donovan Dijak, Lio Rush is a relatively fresh face in the wrestling world considering he made his official debut in 2014 at the young age of 19. He wasted no time in making a name for himself on the independent circuit by doing things in the ring most assumed were impossible, cementing his spot as one of the most exciting high-flying performers out there today in the process.

In addition to winning Ring of Honor's Top Prospect Tournament in 2016, his awesome string of matches with Jay Lethal, Marty Scurll and Bobby Fish led him to getting noticed by WWE two years into his tenure there. In August, his signing with NXT was made official and was heavily touted by WWE.com. Soon after, he wrestled for the first time on NXT against his former tag team partner Velveteen Dream in a losing effort, though it was evident he has a bright future ahead of him.

Rush got himself into a bit of hot water in late October when he joked about Emma's WWE release online, receiving plenty of flack from fans, fellow wrestlers and reportedly officials. If he can regain that respect and work his way back up the ladder, there's no telling how far he can go with the talent he possesses.
