WWE: 6 Feuds For Batista As A Monster Heel

1. Daniel Bryan

The best babyface in WWE right now is Daniel Bryan. That's obvious. There's nobody on the current roster that can touch him right now. When he is given more than 10 minutes in a match it's usually the best match of the night. It doesn't matter who the opponent is. Fans love the guy. There's an easy story to tell if they do Bryan vs. Batista because it was Bryan that the fans wanted to win the Royal Rumble. He wasn't even in the match, though. The feud could be set up by Batista telling Bryan that he's the reason the fans don't like him anymore because they're too busy chanting "yes" for a 200 pound troll or whatever line they want to use to describe Bryan. Then Bryan could fire back by saying they cheer for him because nobody actually likes Batista. It works for me. It would also make a lot of sense as a feud because Bryan's the smaller guy that would be the underdog in the feud due to the fact that he's the smaller guy. It's the easiest story to tell in wrestling. The smaller guy trying to beat the bigger guy always works. If Bryan is inserted into the WWE WHC match at WrestleMania this feud could be a reality. They could do it after WrestleMania at PPVs like Extreme Rules and Money in the Bank as a way to continue to give Batista momentum as a heel. Even though some WWE fans may not be clamoring for a Batista push, the bad news for them is it's happening. He's under contract, he's liked by management, his history suggests he can deliver in the main event spot and he's going to be featured over the next two years because that's how long he's under contract for. It's important that WWE finds the right opponents for him and I think the names listed here are great candidates to be featured opposite "The Animal" in the near future.
