WWE Clash In Paris 2025: 10 Nightmares That Could Come True

Somebody check every nook and cranny inside the Paris La Défense Arena this weekend. Seriously, take a peek in every cupboard, behind every curtain and in every single one of those dressing rooms. Why? Well, just incase Vince Russo has invaded the place in disguise as 'R.U. Surebro', the newest member of WWE's creative team.

Look, this almost certainly isn’t going to happen, but these are nightmares and nightmares are illogical. The story between Roman Reigns and Bronson Reed has revolved around Roman’s shoes. If Paul Heyman and Reed try to troll Reigns in Paris by sticking them on a pole or high above the ring ladder match style, then they’ll add some unnecessary comedy to the situation.

Cue signs like: ’THEY’RE FIGHTING OVER SHOES’ at coming PLEs if this comes to life. It won't though, not unless Russo does sneak his way onto the writing staff in time for Clash In Paris. 'Bro, bro. Hear me out, bro. What if we put the sneakers up there on a pole and the OTC has to climb them to reclaim his property, bro? I'm telling you, bro. It'd be classic, bro. It's drama, and that's what the people want. Bro!'.

Stranger things have happened, to be honest, but WWE would be shooting themselves in the foot and making The Vision (the name of this Seth Rollins-led stable Reed is part of) look goofy rather than menacing. They'd need to be real careful with that. Also, burning a rare non-tentpole Reigns PLE appearance on a would-be WCW style 'On A Pole' bout would be unintentionally hilarious.

Again, check every corner.
