WWE Files Interesting New Trademark For Roman Reigns

In which WWE attempts to lock down a new trademark for its Universal Champion.

WWE has filed a couple of trademark applications for Roman Reigns' new nickname, 'The Suplex-Orcist.'

Reigns recently added this sobriquet to his growing collection - and WWE is capitalising by producing some Halloween-themed merchandise focused around it.

WWE is seeking to trademark 'The Suplex-Orcist' for the following purposes:-

G & S: Wrestling exhibitions and performances by a professional wrestler and entertainer rendered through broadcast media including television and radio, and via the internet or commercial online service; providing wrestling news and information via a global computer network; providing information in the fields of sports via an online community portal

Reigns' next big match takes place at Crown Jewel 2021 on 21 October, when he puts the Universal Championship on the line against rival Brock Lesnar.
