WWE Moves NXT Battleground To New Venue
Upcoming PLE bumped to June halfway across the country from original location.

WWE announced Monday that they are moving their upcoming NXT Battleground PLE to TKO partner UFC's APEX production facility in Las Vegas, the first such joint venture between the two companies.
Originally slated to emanate from the Enmarket Arena in Savannah, Georgia on May 26, WWE's release stated that the PLE will now take place on June 9 in Vegas. UFC APEX is the MMA promotion's 130,000-square-foot event and production facility, which is home to UFC Fight Night events and other offerings.
This will be WWE's first event in Las Vegas since February's WrestleMania 40 kickoff press event, where The Rock slapped Cody Rhodes, launching that feud.
As part of Monday's announcement, WWE revealed that priority passes would be made available, giving fans an opportunity to be ringside, with premium seating, all-inclusive pre-show hospitality with WWE superstar appearances, ringside photo opportunities and more.

It's unclear how many seats will be set up for Battleground, though UFC APEX seemingly can hold about 1,000 fans according to their website. The Enmarket Arena is listed as a 9,500-seat venue. Raw is slated to take place in the same arena on May 27.
WWE and UFC merged as TKO Holdings last year.
