WWE Royal Rumble 2020: 10 Things That Must Happen
9. Ronda Rousey Wins
Bugger me, it's Ronda!
No WWE announcer will say that at the weekend if Rousey marches down the aisle as some sign-pointing, arm-breaking, staring contest-winning bad apple and tosses fools over the top rope like she's Kane, but fans would. Recent reports on Ronda was that she fancied starting a family, so it'd be a winner if she was a surprise entrant in the Rumble.
If she is, Rousey must win. That elusive singles match against Becky Lynch is dangling on the horizon like a tasty treat, and it's so WrestleMania 36-worthy it almost hurts. Is it obvious? Yes, it is, although obvious isn't always a bad thing in wrestling. Becky vs. Ronda has money written all over it.
Shayna Baszler is another option, though she might be more useful during the post-'Mania lull to come as a challenger for Lynch. Further, it'd be mega for Shayna's career if she beat the woman Ronda freakin' Rousey couldn't.
