Bayley and Lyra Valkyria suddenly pressing pause on their own issues to team up and go after the Women's Tag-Team Titles has some people scratching their heads. This absolutely counts as one of those bouts touched on in the intro. That duo challenging Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez feels more like something you'd see on the Raw after WrestleMania (or maybe SmackDown), not on the main card at Wrestle-bloody-Mania itself.

Some miscommunication should cost Bayley and Lyra in the end so they can go back to warring over the Women's Intercontinental Title. Speaking of which, Triple H has done a really poor job of making that strap and the Women's United States prize look meaningful. Neither of them look to be featured on the biggest weekender of 2025 as things stand, and that's a bit odd considering they're new titles that need some steam behind them.

One can see Liv and Raquel retaining their straps then moving on to fresh challenges. An unlikely babyface turn for Chelsea Green and her Secret Hervice could lead to something special, or maybe WWE would fancy going baby with the reigning champions instead. They've got options, but it's also an uphill struggle to make these Women's Tag-Team Titles mean much of anything in the eyes of fans.

Yep, Bayley and Valkyria showing less cohesion than their rivals and coming up short due to that sounds like the way to go. Hell, give Rodriguez the decisive fall so she looks less like Liv's hanger-on too. There must be a reason why this made the cut in the first place; building Raquel as a monster again would be something, at least.
