WWE Wrestlepalooza 2025: 8 Nightmares That Could Come True

3. Jey Uso Goes Full Blown Heel

ARGH! It's turn central around here.

What if merchandise-selling sensation Jey Uso walks out on his brother Jimmy during their tag match vs. Bronson Reed and Bron Breakker, thus proving LA Knight right? An awful lot of folks are heading into Wrestlepalooza expecting Knight to turn heel by costing The Usos this one and siding with The Vision. He could become a 'Paul Heyman Guy' long term, or maybe it'll be 'Main Event' Jey.

Eek! Jey becoming a 'Paul Heyman Guy' and ditching his brother so soon after they've reunited just sounds so messy. It's compelling, maybe, but messy and illogical given how hard WWE has worked to make Jey a big time babyface. He's been at loggerheads with the likes of Reed and Breakker for a while now too, so this would come right out of left field.

Yes, it'd be another one of those swerves for the sake of it. Sometimes, wrestling promoters like to do the complete opposite thing you'd be expecting even when it doesn't make any sense. It's that shock value they're seeking, but that's happened without any thought for expert follow up far too many times. Put it another way: Jey Uso wouldn't work as a heel right now, not when he's still so dialled in with fans.

It'd sure be something if Heyman left Seth Rollins and linked up with Jey in one night. The devious manager's remoulding of The Vision (he'd still be managing Bron and Bronson too) would catch headlines, but the faction is only just getting started. Switching it up feels unnecessary in the extreme, but it could happen.
