Imagine if, somehow, it became the Watchmen of television shows - creating such an interesting aesthetic, clever and thoughtful approach to the world, and told such an imaginative story that it stole the hearts of everyone who saw it? Yeah, okay, well that's Gotham Central.

But the comic ended a long time ago. In a universe far far away. Yeah, since that comic's end, the DC Universe has seen two reboots, with a third on the way.

Seeing a Gotham Central series, in a universe where every villain has millions of dollars thanks to Lex Luthor's villain fund, where the Creator of the Multiverse is wreaking havoc, and there's an evil Batman lurking in the corners, would be worth its weight in gold.
