1. Miles Morales - Spider-Man
Though he may have began life in the Ultimate Universe and not in mainstream Marvel continuity, Miles has gone on to become the most spectacular of Spider-Men, equalling the likes of his predecessor and mentor Peter Parker, both in the eyes of fans and the superhero community of the Marvel Universe alike.
Opposed to the majority of characters on this list, initially Miles actually had no connection to the previous Spider-Man (other than having pretty much the same powers as him), making Morales much more of his own, separate identity than that of the original, despite the fact that him and Pete are now quite close.
Anyhow, as well as just being an amazing character both visually and personality-wise, Miles has obviously committed a great number of heroic acts across the various mediums he appeared in, one of the most notable being his role in 2015's Secret Wars storyline, which led to his introduction into the main Earth-616 continuity.
But, while to some Peter Parker is the only Spider-Man who matters, his successor has really managed to become as much of a (Spider-)man as he is. With the scope of Marvel's character roster, it's safe to say that there is certainly more than enough space for two Spider-Men.
