Uhm, well, with that obligatory reference hearkening back to the glory days of Matt Fraction and David Aja's run on the character out of the way, it's now time to look at what's next for the purple Avenger; who, if you've been keeping up with the current events of the Marvel Universe, you would know isn't doing so hot right now.

Without spoiling the zinger of a twist that took place in the sequel to the event comic book no one asked for or could possibly justify, it looks as though Kate Bishop is going to be owning the Hawkeye mantle full time now. Which, if I do say so myself, is pretty awesome.

All we need now is Pizza Dog to keep Kate company, and this Hawkeye series will be just as fun and colourful as the last.
