One Silver Age story saw Kara trying to hook up Clark with various women since his relationship with Lois was going nowhere.

After those efforts failed, Kal told his younger cousin that he would have wanted to be with her if it were not for "Kryptonian incest laws". This meant that Superman was essentially pining for his underage relative and was only stopped by a dead planet's rules rather than his own moral standards.

To add to the ick factor of this one-off tale, Superman settles for a woman who is, for all intents and purposes, an older version of Kara.
