This might sound like a porn parody, some weird hentai or a twisted comic book fan's fiction, but it's not - this nonsense actually happened in a DC comic book. First of all, the two had met up for what equated to a sleepover at the Fortress of Solitude. They discussed their feelings with each other and genuinely looked as though they were about to get it on themselves until they were interrupted by a meteor landing. At that point, the meteor seemed like a welcome interruption for readers who didn't want to see Superman making Batman his bedroom slave - but then things got even weirder. The meteor was home to weird tentacled aliens who fed off emotions and, as they supercharged themselves using those of Batman and Superman, they began mating with each other (the aliens, for the record, not the heroes) and growing in size (and indeed growing additional hairy... appendages). As Batman and Superman watch on awkwardly, these noble sex aliens decide to let themselves die rather than drain the emotions of everyone on Earth, prompting the heroic duo to beg them to live, resulting in them crying in each other's arms.
