4. Betraying His Team
In much the same way many Marvel characters ended up doing kind of sketchy things in the Ultimate Spider-Man series, Iron Fist joined these ranks by acting as a mole for Kingpin for much of his time in the series.
While it's somewhat justified in the sense that Iron Fist has given into Kingpin as he was being blackmailed into it to avoid a jail sentence - which would allow him to not be there for his daughter.
But given Kingpin couldn't keep tabs on Iron Fist at all moments, it seems pretty weird that the hero wouldn't just allow his team to know, and create a plan to escape his situation with them from there - instead waiting until they found out and are devastated at his betrayal to form this kind of plan.
