It's a deeply disturbing way to go out, but to be able to use the power, the victim must already be bleeding so oxygen can reach the bloodstream. This is where this insane outfit comes in handy. Covered in various blades and sporting a backwards baseball cap, it's a tragic masterclass in Nineties excess.
