11. Bastion
Turns out there's actually something nastier than the aforementioned Nimrod, and he has a better name too. Born as a combination of two of the strongest Sentinels going – Nimrod and Master Mold, the huge sentient robot who produced the original robots, fused together – Bastion has the powers of both increased ten-fold.
He has the added bonus of also looking like a person, rather than a robot, meaning he move undetected in a way that giant pink robots can't really. Seemingly indestructible, the X-Men shoved him through a pan-dimensional portal to get rid of Bastion briefly – a sojourn which ended up only increasing his powers. Woops.
Along with all those Nimrod powers of self-repair, a force field, flight and energy blasts Bastion was also immune to psychic attack, super strong and fast, and had the ability to control any machine. He has a laser pistol, too, which was cool. Only Rachel Summers tapping into Phoenix energy managed to finally destroy him.
