He played Joe Huff, a komodo dragon loving maverick cop who plays by his own rules (as opposed to those maverick cops who love conforming) who infiltrates a criminal biker gang. By all accounts biker gangs in the early nineties all had bleached blonde mullets. How do you want you sideburns Boz? Right off? Hell yeah!
