10 Most Horrible Superhero Movies Since 2000

There are dozens of street-level, vigilante superheroes in Marvel comic books, and Daredevil more than any others lends himself perfectly to a gritty, real world, Batman Begins-ish origin story. But this film is not Batman Begins. In fact, it's so far out from Batman Begins that it's hard to image the lead actor ever playing a role in a Batman film. Wait, what?

The problem with Daredevil is that it's trying to be other films. It's trying to tell a Batman origin story with Matrix-level action while a rom-com happens in the background. It's ridiculous that a film about a blind superhero can fail to be original, but unoriginal it is, and of the entire cast, only Colin Farrell wants to be there.
