10 Songs That Need To Be In Guardians Of The Galaxy Vol. 3

4. How Deep Is Your Love - Bee Gees

Seeing how the Guardians movies pride themselves on having the best throwback tunes to come of the 70's, how come there has never been a disco song among the ranks? With its relentless backbeat and beautiful melodic structure, you'd think Peter Quill would be all over this type of dance music.

On the other hand, the disco song in question would serve a much different role than just plain dance rock. One of the biggest dilemmas coming out of Endgame seemed to be Quill's relationship with Gamora, which now has to begin again after her fate in the previous films. Seeing how the pair bonded over music in the first film, "How Deep Is Your Love" would be a great way of getting the two interacting once again after a long separation.

With the tride and true singing of the Gibb Brothers providing the mood, this song takes the romantic side of Quill's personality and drenches in just the right amount of 70's cheese to absolutely irresistible. Gamora and Quill may not be romantic partners by the song's end, but this great cut from disco's glory years is certainly a step in the right direction.
