15 Best Trailers For 2017 Movies

After the debacle that was Dawn of Justice, fans were understandably worried about another Zack Snyder directed addition to the DC Extended Universe but judging by Justice League’s first trailer – or rather first look as the movie’s still in the post-production stage – Snyder may just redeem himself yet.

It’s got the same kind of bleak, monochromatic cinematography Snyder gave us in Man of Steel and Dawn of Justice, but thankfully it looks like he’s upping the humour ante somewhat. There’s a couple of quips as Bruce Wayne starts to assemble his team and it looks like Ezra Miller as the geeky Barry Allen aka The Flash, who willingly joins the league without a second though because he ‘needs friends’ (aww), could be a source of more laughs in the full, finished film.

But the most scene-stealing appearance in the trailer is beyond a doubt Aquaman’s. Previously one of the most maligned superheroes in the DC Universe, in the hands of Jason Momoa he’s a tattooed, whiskey swigging force of nature.
