Rotten Tomatoes Score: 90% (7.7/10)

Between this film, Irréversible and Enter the Void, director Gaspar Noé has proven himself a master at crafting horrific cinematic experiences which don't resemble conventional genre fare.

His latest, a sensorily flooring 96-minute acid trip of a film, sees a troupe of hip-hop dancers lose their minds after their punch bowl is spiked with LSD by an unknown person. Mayhem ensues.

Naturally if you've ever seen a Noé movie before you know exactly what to expect here, and he certainly delivers the expected stunning style alongside plenty of terrible human behaviour.

The third act of the film in particular, a relentlessly frenetic, violent and shocking collision of everything building up to that point, has to be seen to be believed. Outside of the vile content, though, the dancing is legitimately awesome.
