Batman V Superman Dawn Of Justice Ultimate Edition
20th Century Fox

If you enjoyed director John Carney’s Sing Street this year, chances are the feel-good musical recalled the similarly Irish-set musical The Commitments. We hate to break it to you, but if you do remember director Alan Parker’s comedy-drama about a group of young Dubliners who come together to form a soul band chances are you’re of a certain vintage, because this year is the movie’s 25th anniversary. To celebrate its quarter-century milestone, The Commitments has been released on Blu-ray for the first time ever.

The special edition release includes an interview with Alan Parker and cast members Robert Arkins, Kenneth McCluskey and Glen Hansard, four behind-the-scenes featurettes, a director commentary and an image gallery. Also included is a collector’s booklet, downloadable digital copy of the movie and a music video of the soul classic Treat Her Right for your sing-along pleasure.
