3. The Protomorph Fights The Neomorphs

The Theory: Just when it looks like the neomorphs are going to dismantle the Covenant's surviving crew members in the third act, the protomorph shows up and promptly tears its "lesser" brethren to shreds...before turning its attention to the humans, of course.

The Truth: As incredible as this would've been, sadly the neomorphs are conveniently sidelined pretty quickly and pretty much forgotten about once the protomorph hatches.

It would've been an awesome way to show the "perfect organism" asserting itself over a more crude, basic iteration, and making its presence feel even more threatening, so Scott and co. really missed a trick here.
