3. Survive Indefinitely Thanks To His Electronic Consciousness

It would seem that the Ultron of the Marvel Cinematic Universe will be able to place his consciousness in to new bodies, as we are led to believe that the images we've seen of him so far are not those of his final form. As such, it's feasible to believe that he can't really be destroyed. Sure, you might be able to smash up his physical bodies (though those made of vibranium may prove near-invincible...), but his mind will live on in electronic form and he will be able to jump in to nearby machines in order to continue living on. Therefore, when it seems as though Ultron has been defeated, a mid or post-credits scene which sees him inhabiting a new form and heading off to continue his plot to destroy humanity (not necessarily starting on Earth...) would be very cool. Ultron could have so much more to give on a bigger scale and, just because the Avengers defeat him, his defeat doesn't mean there's not more to come from him.
