Batman V Superman: 10 Things You Need To Know About Lex Luthor
3. He Could Appear In Suicide Squad
Ever since Suicide Squad was first announced, it was rumoured that Lex Luthor was going to be involved. Early reports had DC trying to secure Eisenbergs inclusion but nothing was ever confirmed, so were still left wondering if hes going to appear. To make things even more confused, director David Ayer tweeted out a picture of what looked to be Jesse Eisenberg boxing with Scott Eastwood, but its too blurry to say for sure that its him. His rumoured involvement would allegedly centre around a metahuman trafficking ring. Specifically, Enchantress is to be sold to Luthor and the Squad is meant to prevent this from happening. While Eisenbergs appearance would certainly help sell this potential plot line, it doesnt sound like he would need to physically appear for very long to convey his involvement in the story. Somewhat surprisingly, we still dont really know who the villain of the film is going to be. Considering nearly every character is a villain in their own right, it could be anyone of them. The safe bet would be that the Joker is going to be the antagonist, but what if it were actually Luthor?
