9. Will Any Villains Be Involved In The Civil War?

In the Civil War in the comic books, villains were a part of the whole thing, being required to register as superhuman and, as such, they ended up fighting alongside the heroes depending on which option they chose. However, the Marvel Cinematic Universe is very sparsely filled when it comes to villains. Most of the main ones have been killed off or aren't on Earth - so will any of them be taking part? Abomination is still on Earth and the Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. television series has introduced a few super-powered bad guys, so there are certainly some who could potentially take part. However, whether or not they will remains a mystery.
