6. Using Detective Vision On Joker - Batman: Arkham City

When people say that Detective Vision lowkey breaks the Arkham games over its knee, this is a prime example of that. But at least this instance was intentional.

Arkham City deals with Batman having to help Joker cure himself of poisoning from the Titan Formula he used on himself in the previous game. Of course, the player knows that Joker is messing with you, you just don't know how. I mean, he's CLEARLY dying, but you also get little hints that maybe there's more going on here.

When you go to get the formula back from Joker, you find him seemingly completely cured already. Naturally, if you've already played this game once, then you know the twist: Joker HASN'T taken the formula yet, the Joker you're fighting is Clayface in disguise.

So, your second time around, you might decide during this fight to test how thorough Rocksteady were with this twist and turn on Detective Vision. Sure as sugar, "Joker" is shown to be completely hollow, rather than the skeletons you see on other mooks using Detective Vision, giving up the whole thing a full two or so hours before the twist is properly revealed.
