11 Video Games That'll Hit You Right In The Childhood
2. Tekken 3
The Lord of Fighting Games and The King Of Iron Fist Tournament, there has been - to date - six core Tekken games, with a couple of tag-based and portable spin-offs along the way. However, just recently we got wind of Tekken 7 which has come at the perfect time, as with all the talk of old school games getting re-released, one of the biggest time-suckers of all was part three. Featuring a cast that introduced everyone from flying demons and ogres to wooden fighting dummies and tiny orange dinosaurs, T3 had it all. Sure there was a robust fighting engine that felt perfectly balanced and made it easy for thousands of us to take every single character through to the end of their respective stories, but the real icing on the cake were the Tekken Force and Ball modes. The former essentially turned the game into a 3D version of Streets of Rage, and the latter into that of a hyper-coloured beach ball minigame. Needless to say the two extra modes gave us endless hours of replayability for the game overall, and although some other side modes like Tekken Bowl would be introduced in Tekken Tag Tournament, returning to smashing a few volleys as True Ogre is an experience in itself.
