4. Sean

A popular character from Street Fighter III, Sean has many ties to Street Fighter III already. Laura is his older sister, while Ken saves Sean from Shadaloo in the game’s story mode. His fighting style would not be the same as it would be in Street Fighter III, since canonically he hasn’t started his training with Ken. This doesn’t mean he doesn’t know how to fight.

If Sean were to appear in Street Fighter V, he could have some of his unorthodox versions of the Shoryuken, that devastating lunging command grab, and maybe even yeeting basketballs at his opponent as a weaker Hadouken.

The only reason I have put Sean lower on the list is because Oro has already been confirmed for season 5 and it’s unlikely that we’ll double dip into the Street Fighter III pool. If Oro hadn’t been confirmed, Sean would have been a shoe-in.
